broad band connection

I want to have a broad band connection in my house in mumbai, cuffe parade area. 
Please let me know the cost to have this fixed and will you be providing the modem and does it include wireless internet connection. 
what is the total cost and how long it will take to have this fixed. what is the monthly subscription. 
Also can I have a broad band connection for a limited period?
