CANCEL MY BROADBAND ACCOUNT.

Dear Sir,

Last month bill came to Rs.5065/- which is very shocking to me. I wanted to see my usage of broadband but I am not able to Login, I dont why? I want to make sure any tampering of my line is taking please. Normally my bill comes to 800 to 1000+, not such a huge amount as 5065/-.

THEREFORE, WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, I WANT TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND ACCOUNT. ALREADY A LETTER HAS BEEN GIVEN, BUT NOTHING IS DONE TO DISCONNECT. SO AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THIS LETTER, KINDLY DISCONNECT MY BROADBAND CONNECTION ALONE (NOT THE TELEPHONE LINE)
