i had subscribed for mtnl for dad in office
i had sify for the past 7 months and believe me their entire technical ground team knew my cell no. and my address their net used to be down the whole weekend and every weekend
i had subscribed for mtnl for dad in office and other than the first day of installation it never worked
my aunt used bsnl and she too had the same problem the bloody roads were dug up and as a result mtnl/bsnl both were dead in her locality
in short its not tata the whole broadband hell the whole internet scenario in india is shit and a customer swindling money minting people fooling business so guys relax and as tata said take it or leave it we as customers can do shit about it
