Sify Broadband

i had asked sify to give me a connection in the last month date 14th august at vashi and the sify guys never turned up after filling the form, to connect everyday i have been calling them, asking them to connect me but they just kept on saying that we are comming in 1 hour, and never did they come so they kept on delaying and postponding the date. i visited their office twice but there also they gave me false promises. i have an emergency for internet and still i have not got a connection. i have stayed home for the last 15 days for this connection sake and they arent telling me if they are not interested to give a connection. i thought sify was supposed to be for the people who are tired of waiting but its just for the safe of advirtisement. so plz look in the matter and kindly help to give me a connection as soon as possible. otherwise i will take some better connection than sify which does not make its customers wait just for one bloody connection.
