Pathetic Hathway.

Never ever think of even buying Hathway. No matter how good they promise, there whole network is mismanaged. People are clueless about the problems,forget even solving them. They jsut love your money. Money is in Chapter closed. I am a hathway user from Pune, brought a suppose to be 24Hr unlimited conection. After each complain (which takes about 4/5 days to 2months which ever they feel comfortable)it works for max 4/5 days, then the sam eold story. I had a talk with their engg, he said: Routers and n/w stuff are just kept wherever the need was, without the planning, rains are not even considered. So anything happens A small rain causes 50/60 peopleloose connection jsut like that. And to top this, Hathways super bright people, they are not bothered at all.
