mtnl connection

I do have a mtnl connection, and would like to access the mtnl backroom as well.
I have 2 tata connections and 1 mtnl backup line. Which apparently doesnt like me a whole lot.

If this is regarding the PPPoE "work around", I would really love to get to know of it. The last time I was told its not possible on mtnl's DSL, but few other providers it worked
