THE SERVICE PROVIDER ARE “HEADLESS CHICKENS”

i FULLY AGREE WITH THE INFO.THE SERVICE PROVIDER ARE “HEADLESS CHICKENS” OR THE OSTRICHES HIDING THEIR HEAD IN SAND AND PROMISING ALL KINDS AFTER MAKING US WAIT FOR TWO MINUTES POSING AS THE LINE IS BUSY AND COMPELLING US TO LISTEN TO THEIR ADS EVERY TIME WE CAL THEM. THEIR THE MOST INEFFICIENT SERVICE PROVIDER.WILL SOMEBODY BRING THIS TO THEIR NOTICE AS THEY THEMSELF WILL NOT CARE TO LOOK IN TO. EVEN MY COMPLAINT MADE ON 29 OCT IS STILL PENDING WITH A PROMISE RESTORE THE SERVICE BY CHANGING THE ROUTER WITHIN 24 HOURS.

Hathway

Finally, I have sent a letter of disconnection to Hathway. Hopefully they will refund my deposit and my remaining amount. I am thinking of taking them to consumer court if they don't.

To all others who are thinking of taking Hathway connection in HSR Layout Bangalore, please be advised that their service is pathetic. You are better off surfing the net by modem and BSNL dial up connection if nothing else works for you.

I am really surprised that they are still in business. Will keep posted on what else happens in my disconnection of my service.
